Upon arrival open the box and packaging with care.

Gently shake holding the stems, we recommend doing this outside as they will shed a little on arrival and this will also encourage the feathers to fluff up after transit.

Your pampas may need fluffing up after transit and packaging- a hairdryer works really well.
You can also use a light spray of hairspray to hold the plumes and stop further shedding.
